Cinnamon Mustard Seed Baked Red Potatoes

No, I'm not preggers, these are good. It may seem like an odd pairing of cinnamon and mustard seed, but it's seriously yummy! These are also nutritional when you use red potatoes and bake them with just a little oil! P.S. This is my first food post!!

Ingredients: (yield 4)

3-4 potatoes, red, wedge
2 tbsp oil, (I use sunflower oil)
2 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper, black
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper

Preheat the oven for 425. First, wash and slice the potatoes into wedges.


Spread the oil evenly along a non-stick sheet pan. Align your wedges.


Sprinkle all of your spices! and pop into the oven! Ten minutes in you should try to flip the wedges over or move them to preventing sticking to the pan. Bake for a total of 20 minutes or to your liking. They should be golden brown.


Finish with ketchup! yum! So good and they are perfect for fall!
